About us
The key area of the unit 's activity is the coordination of the educational process, starting from admissions, through the organisation of the course of studies, ending with activities related to supporting the development, soft skills and shaping students’ professional career.
The Centre offers support for scientific and teaching staff in the field of improving teaching competences and conducts activities related to improving the quality of education in higher education, postgraduate studies and education using methods that include distance learning.
The Centre handles matters related to, among other things, the handling of scholarships, awards and medals for students, insurance. Additionally, it provides content-related and financial support to student science clubs, activates students and supports cooperation between them.
The Education and Student Affairs Centre includes the Career and Student Activity Office Team, whose aim is to strengthen students in various study programmes , including supporting them in finding their professional path. We encourage them to reflect on their strengths, talents, experience and resources. We enable them to acquire knowledge and skills that are useful on the labour market. We help them discover various professional opportunities, and set goals and create a career development plan.
We provide advisory and training support to students and prospective students, coordinate student internships and traineeships, and actively promote the university's offer, organising events for students and prospective students.
